Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

All Sales Are Final

All orders placed with Aerialsystemsupply are considered final sale.

We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product model, specifications, and compatibility meet their requirements prior to purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Photo of the shipping label

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Manufacturer Warranty
